Every 15 days we close the pool and send dealers an anonymous list of what buyers want.

Every authorised dealer for your brand in Bengaluru sends a sealed price for the car, covering everything except insurance, with stock, manufacturing month and delivery date.

We add insurance to the lowest bid and send you one final on-road price on WhatsApp, itemised line by line, with delivery date and the dealer's area. Not happy? Don't book, and your ₹4,999 comes back in full.

Book and drive
Your ₹4,999 becomes the advance for your car. Pay the balance through CoBuy by UPI, net banking, debit or credit card, with bank card offers, or pay the dealer directly. Only then does the dealer get your details.

Do I pay anything?
No fee to you. When you join a pool you verify your mobile and pay a ₹4,999 advance, held in escrow. If you book, it is adjusted in your car price. If you don't, it comes back in full.
How does CoBuy make money?
Dealers pay CoBuy a fee when you book, and insurers pay us a commission if you buy a policy through us. We don't choose the winning dealer: the lowest bid always wins.
What is the on-road price you send me?
The dealer bids the car price: ex-showroom, registration, road tax and all charges, everything except insurance. We add the premium for the policy you pick and send you one final on-road price, line by line, on WhatsApp.
How do I get my advance back?
Ask any time, during or after the pool, and if you haven't booked you get 100% back. Refunds go to the UPI ID or card you paid from within 48 hours, with no deductions.
What if no dealer bids, or the price isn't better than my showroom quote?
Don't book, and your ₹4,999 comes back in full within 48 hours. Every authorised dealer for your brand bids in every pool, so you always get a price to compare.
Why wait for the pool instead of buying at month-end?
Pool B closes on the 28th, so dealers bid at month-end anyway, when they push hardest for targets. The difference is that every dealer bids at once for a group order, instead of you visiting showrooms one by one.
Will dealers call me?
No. Dealers see only the variant, colour, quantity and delivery date. Your name and number go to one dealer, the lowest bidder, after you book.
Which cars can I buy?
Any new car sold by dealers in Bengaluru, from any brand. Popular variants get more bids because more buyers want them.
How do I pay for the car?
Your ₹4,999 is the advance for your car; when you book, it's adjusted in your price. Pay the balance through CoBuy by UPI, net banking, debit or credit card, or straight to the dealer. If you take a loan, the bank pays the dealer directly. Until you book, your advance sits in escrow, not in our account.
Are there credit card offers?
Yes. Pay the balance through CoBuy with a partner bank's card for an instant discount, no-cost EMI or bonus reward points. Current offers are shown with your final price and at checkout.
How do I know the bids are real?
Bids are sealed and timestamped when they're lodged. Your final price is built from the single lowest bid, itemised, with the delivery date and the dealer's area.

Yes, and you should. Test drive at any showroom and take a written quote, then join the pool.
How do I follow my car after booking?
Open My orders and sign in with your WhatsApp number, any time. You see your itemised price, choose insurance, loan and extras, book, pay the rest online or straight to the dealer, pick your delivery slot and follow every step: allocation, loan, invoice, insurance, registration, inspection and delivery. Each step also reaches you on WhatsApp, so you never have to chase anyone.
Who arranges insurance and the loan?
After the bid, we send you insurance quotes from several insurers through our licensed insurance partner, and loan offers from banks, on WhatsApp. You choose, or bring your own. Dealers sell only the car, so nothing is bundled into your price.
What if the dealer delays delivery or changes the price?
The bid price is binding for 7 days after the pool's offers open. If the dealer raises it, you can cancel with a full refund. Every dealer signs an agreement with CoBuy before bidding.
